Responsibilities :

Managing timely and focus on quality also achievement of all risk management plan items throughout the year including:
Risk Monitoring Committee on quarterly & Risk Management Committee on monthly (Risk Management Committee has not been implemented yet)
Integrated Risk Management on quarterly (as Panin Dai-ichi Life is part of Panin Bank conglomeration)
As a regulator engagement in project Risk Based Supervision in yearly basis;
As a regulator engagement in project Risk Management Implementation and Self Assessment Report of Risk Management Implementation in yearly basis.
Manage in setting up new risk management policies.
Manage in setting up Key Risk Indicator within the Company and as well as Risk Appetite.
Providing professional, prompt risk management advice and support including assessment and interpretation from risk management point of view to all business operations.
Managing in the preparation of timely, quality and transparent reports to BOD/BOC as needed.
Contributing to assessment of risks in project and daily business operations by providing advices and expertise to appropriately address these risks.
Contributing in the improvement of risk culture and risk management infrastructure within Company.
Setting up risk management awareness within the company by conducting several initiatives i.e: providing input from risk management point of view, conduct internal risk management training to selected risk coordinator.

Key Requirements :

Bachelor's degree from reputable university
At least 15+ years experience in Compliance Risk Management area in the financial services/life insurance industry
Fluent in English both verbal and written
Has good integrity who is commited to the highest ethical and professional standards
Good written and presentation also communication skills
Ms Office, Ms Excel and Power Point
