Job Highlights:

(1) Monthly Salary range: IDR 6,000, IDR 8,000,000.00 /month (excluding PPh 21 and BPJS);

(2) Annual leave after work for more than one consecutive year;

Qualifications:

(1) With at least 5 years of relevant HR working experience, preferably in a law firm or professional service organization;

(2) Bachelor's degree or above in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or related fields;

(3) Familiar with Indonesian labor laws and employment regulations, including BPJS, PPh 21, and employment contract management;

(4) Proficient in English (working language), able to communicate effectively with expatriate staff and regional HR teams;

(5) Hands-on experience in full spectrum of HR functions, including recruitment, performance evaluation, payroll administration, employee relations, and training;

(6) Having prior experience in handling legal professionals' HR affairs (advocates, interns, consultants) will be an advantage.

Job Description:

(1) Responsible for end-to-end HR management including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, attendance, and contract renewal;

(2) Coordinate payroll calculation, BPJS administration, PPh 21 withholding, and other HR-related statutory obligations;

(3) Manage recruitment activities including posting job advertisements, screening candidates, coordinating interviews, and preparing offer letters;

(4) Prepare HR-related reports and participate in HR planning and organizational development initiatives;

(5) Assist in organizing staff training, team-building, and internal engagement activities.
