Responsibilities

  • Maintained accurate and up-to-date financial records, projections, and suggestions, including transactions, invoices, receipts, and expenses systematically.
  • Create and maintain student attendance data.
  • Cross-reference the salary slip with the prescribed formats.
  • Prepare financial budget forecasts.
  • Reconcile daily, monthly, and yearly transactions.
  • Develop and manage financial reports

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree majoring in Accounting, Economics, or equivalent by experience.
  • Understanding and proficiency in operating applications/software/websites related to finance to enhance work effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Excel certified, accounting competency test certified, brevet a & b (optional).
  • Knowledgeable in basic accounting principles, including financial statements and journal entries.
  • Accurate, dynamic, and possess excellent organizational skills
