Responsibilities:

  • Plan, coordinate, and execute AstroTech's end-to-end online and offline marketing activities, ensuring brand consistency across all channels.
  • Manage and maintain AstroTech's digital presence on LinkedIn, Instagram, EDM (Electronic Direct Mail), website, and WhatsApp.
  • Monitor and optimize SEO performance across all online platforms to improve visibility and engagement.
  • Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns including Google Ads, Meta Ads, and social media promotions.
  • Monitor, optimize and report on campaign performance, ROI, and key metric to product manager and general manager.
  • Coordinate, collaborate, and maintain effective communication with partners, vendors, event organizers, internal teams and brand principals to support joint marketing initiatives, promotional programs and event execution.
  • Analyze marketing data, interpret campaign outcomes, and provide insights to improve marketing strategies and campaign effectiveness.
  • Maintain marketing budget tracking, vendor claims, and documentation of campaign activities.
  • Prepare regular marketing reports for management and vendor partners.
  • Ensure all marketing activities comply with brand guidelines and company standards.
  • Attend weekly and biweekly meetings with principal and other departments.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Business, or related fields
  • Having minimum 
    years
     of professional experience with related field as marketing staff or similar role, preferably in IT distribution/E-Commerce (Marketplace) or technology products
  • Experience in both 
    digital marketing
     (social media, EDM, online ads) and 
    offline marketing
    (events, gathering, exhibitions)
    management/ event coordination
  • Proven experience in 
    managing SEO and SEM strategies
     to improve online visibility and lead generation
  • Familiar with marketing tools such as 
    Google Analytics

    Meta Ads Manager
    , or 
    marketing dashboards
  • Experience in planning co-marketing activities with brand principals (Microsoft, Adobe, etc.) and reseller partners
  • Creative, detail-oriented, and proactive with strong project management skills.
  • Strong ownership, accountability mindset, communication (writing and verbal) and interpersonal skills
  • Capability to work in a fast-paced environment with diverse stakeholders
