Role Description
This is a contract role for a Supervisor HRGA, located on-site in Banyumas. The Supervisor HRGA will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day human resource and general administrative activities. This includes managing HR operations such as recruitment, training, and employee relations, as well as ensuring proper coordination of administrative functions such as facility management and compliance with company policies.
Qualifications
- Human Resources Management, Recruitment, and Training skills
- Proficiency in General Administration, including facility management and compliance coordination
- Strong Communication and Leadership skills to effectively manage teams and cross-departmental activities
- Attention to detail and organizational skills to ensure accuracy in administrative duties
- Proficiency in MS Office or relevant administrative tools
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields is preferred
- Knowledge of labor laws and regulations is a plus
