Responsibilities
  • Manage and optimize online sales on marketplace platforms such as Tokopedia and Shopee, analyzing data, advertising, and operations to meet target sales.
  • Maintain and manage ISP network infrastructure (core, distribution, and access network).>
  • Improve organic traffic and website ranking for e-commerce sites using on-page, off-page, and technical SEO strategies.
  • Optimize digital advertising campaigns on platforms like Facebook Ads and Google Ads to increase conversion rates.
  • Monitor order processing workflows, ensuring efficient flow of orders and providing leadership and deep understanding of marketplace processes.
  • Oversee and manage live‑streaming talent to achieve target performance and sales on Shopee Live and TikTok Live.
  • Analyze system requirements, design efficient application solutions, and act as liaison between users and developer teams.
Qualifications
  • Experience in e‑commerce with strong analytical skills.
  • Proven ability to lead teams and manage online sales operations.
  • Experience with digital‑marketing tools, including FB Ads, Google Ads, and SEO.
  • Knowledge of ISP network infrastructure management (beneficial but not mandatory).
  • Strong communication and leadership skills.
