Position : Senior Quality Assurance Engineer
Job Description :
- Architect and Develop Test Frameworks: Own the design, implementation, and maintenance of robust, scalable test automation frameworks.
- Define Test Strategy: Design and champion the overall testing strategy for new features and complex systems, ensuring comprehensive coverage.
- Execute Advanced Testing: Personally conduct and analyze results from complex testing types, including performance, load, security, and API testing.
- Drive Quality Initiatives: Proactively identify, propose, and implement improvements to our quality processes and standards.
- Technical Mentorship: Mentor junior and medior QA engineers on testing best practices, advanced automation techniques, and effective debugging.
- Troubleshoot Complex Defects: Investigate, reproduce, and diagnose the most challenging bugs, working closely with developers to find solutions.
- Tooling and Innovation: Research, evaluate, and lead the adoption of new testing tools and technologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Qualification :
Must have:
- 5+ years of experience in a software quality assurance role with a clear progression of technical responsibilities.
- Strong automation background.
- Comfortable testing microservice, monolithic and interconnected apps.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and a passion for continuous improvement.
- Deep understanding of CI/CD pipelines and how to integrate testing effectively (e.g., using Github/GitLab CI, Jenkins, etc).
Nice to have:
- Experience in manual & automated testing is a plus.
- Relevant training and/or certifications as a Quality Assurance is a Plus.
