- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in an IT supervisory or management role, preferably in the industrial or manufacturing sector
- Strong technical expertise in managing IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and enterprise applications
- Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and decision-making skills
- Effective leadership and team management abilities, with a focus on coaching and mentoring
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Proficient in project management and the ability to prioritize and multitask
