Job Responsibilities:
- Design and implement marketing strategies for developing Patlite products in the local market.
- Collaborate with the sales team to formulate strategies to achieve sales targets, especially for automation, power management, and industrial drive solutions.
- Analyze product pricing, negotiate with principals and customers, and establish competitive selling prices.
- Maintain and strengthen the brand equity across all marketing and sales channels.
- Conduct performance analysis and develop strategies to improve product sales results.
- Oversee the launching process of new products and improvement of existing products, such as Tower lamp, Beacon / Rotary lamp, Horn, Buzzer, Wireless Device
- Propose new product ideas or variations based on market needs in automation, manufacturing, and infrastructure sectors.
- Manage stock levels and ensure proper planning of product supply.
- Conduct market surveys and analyze industrial needs in potential areas.
- Build promotional collaborations with external partners and support customer engagement and education efforts.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering/Mechatronics/Industrial Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in product management or project management, preferably handling electrical or automation product
- Proven ability to work closely with principals and cross-functional sales teams.
- Familiar with Automotive, Food & Beverage, Packaging/Printing dan OEM industry
- Experienced in managing products like Tower lamp, Beacon / Rotary lamp, Horn, Buzzer, Wireless Device
- Strong skills in marketing strategy execution and product training for internal teams and clients.
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Willing to be placed at the company's head office in Daan Mogot, West Jakarta
