What You'll Do:


• Handle customer inquiries through various communication channels (calls, chat, and email)


• Support marketing and telesales-related activities


• Ensure excellent customer experience with a professional and proactive approach


• Maintain accurate customer information and uphold data integrity

Requirements:


• Minimum Diploma degree (D3)


• At least 6 months of experience in marketing, telesales, or customer service


• Strong communication and problem-solving skills


• Detail-oriented, disciplined, and a fast learner


• Able to work with integrity and professionalism
