Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for the position of Owner at Code Craft. The role is based in Dublin, with flexibility for some remote work. The Owner will oversee daily operations, lead the strategic direction, manage financial performance, and ensure the delivery of high-quality products and services. Responsibilities also include building and maintaining client relationships, driving business development, and nurturing a collaborative company culture.

- Financial management and business development expertise
- Experience in project management and operations oversight
- Knowledge of the software development lifecycle and technical products
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication abilities
- Problem-solving skills and adaptability to changing environments
- Previous experience in a similar leadership role is highly advantageous
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field is preferred
