Job Requirements- 3+ years of work experience in user operations, customer engagement, marketing, or related fields.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to produce high‑quality, accurate deliverables.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of turning research findings into clear, actionable reports.
- Experience with chatbot/robocall script development and user engagement tools.
- Proficiency in Mandarin (Chinese) is highly preferred for cross‑border collaboration.
