Support localization efforts by ensuring communication styles align with local market preferences.

Job Requirements
  • 3+ years of work experience in user operations, customer engagement, marketing, or related fields.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to produce high‑quality, accurate deliverables.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of turning research findings into clear, actionable reports.
  • Experience with chatbot/robocall script development and user engagement tools.
  • Proficiency in Mandarin (Chinese) is highly preferred for cross‑border collaboration.
  • Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
