Position Summary:
The
IT Operation Senior Officer
is responsible for ensuring smooth IT operations within the hospital unit, aligning local IT processes with Head Office (HO) standards. This role manages IT support teams, oversees budgets, coordinates projects, and ensures compliance with security, accreditation, and audit requirements. The position also plays a key role in monitoring IT infrastructure, contracts, and network documentation to maintain operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare, monitor, and control the IT budget in coordination with HO and related departments.
- Lead and supervise the IT Support team within the hospital unit.
- Coordinate and communicate effectively with internal departments and HO regarding IT initiatives, issues, and projects.
- Create and submit regular reports to HO (including performance, utilization, and compliance reports).
- Support accreditation processes such as JCI, ISO, and internal/external audits related to IT.
- Manage IT purchasing activities: create purchase requests (PR/CPR), monitor purchase orders (PO), track deliveries, and ensure timely goods receipt.
- Monitor and manage local IT contracts and service providers.
- Conduct capacity planning to ensure optimal IT infrastructure performance.
- Maintain updated documentation of network assets, topology diagrams, and IT inventory.
- Participate actively in user IT security awareness programs and ensure compliance with HO IT security standards.
- Support and monitor IT projects initiated by Head Office.
- Ensure all IT processes and operations within the hospital unit follow corporate standards, policies, and procedures.
Position Requirements:

- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in IT Operations with
Project Management
experience. - Experience in the
hospital or healthcare industry
is an added advantage. - Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities and work under pressure.
