About the role
We are seeking a highly skilled FMIS Head - Forestry to join our dynamic team . As the FMIS Head, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of our Forestry Management Information System (FMIS), a critical component of our forestry operations.
What you'll be doing
- Oversee the design, development, and maintenance of the FMIS to ensure it meets the evolving needs of our forestry operations
- Manage a team of FMIS professionals and coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of the system
- Analyze forestry data and provide insights to support strategic decision-making
- Ensure the FMIS is compliant with relevant regulations and industry best practices
- Implement and monitor FMIS-related policies and procedures to optimize efficiency and productivity
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements
- Stay up-to-date with the latest FMIS technologies and trends to continuously enhance our system
What we're looking for
- At least 12 years of experience in a similar FMIS or forestry management role
- Extensive knowledge of forestry operations, management, and information systems
- Proficient in project management, data analysis, and system implementation
- Strong leadership and team management skills to motivate and develop your team
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Degree in Forestry, Agricultural Sciences, or a related field
- Familiarity with relevant industry regulations and standards
- Willing to be placed in Serpong Area
- Willing to do business travel to Sumatera & Kalimantan (remote area)
