Requirements:
• Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's degree (S1) from any major.
• At least 1 year of experience as an administrative staff in a retail or department store environment is mandatory.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Detail-oriented, well-organized, and able to meet deadlines.
• Able to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Strong communication and coordination skills with internal and external stakeholders.
• Willing to work in a shifting schedule and in a retail environment.
