Job Descriptions:

  • Lead the requirement gathering and analysis workshops with our clients.
  • Capture, analyze, and translate clients' business requirements into well-defined scope and system solution design.
  • Create system documentations: Business Requirements Document (BRD), Functional Specification Design (FSD), End User Guide, MoM, etc.
  • Liase between Users and System Developers for any technical problems including gap requirements and work together to find a win win best solution.
  • Prepare and perform Quality Assurance (QA) for the developed systems.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree in Computer Science /Information Technology or related major from reputable university.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience as a Business System Analyst.
  • Deep knowledge and experiences in the SDLC methodologies which include requirement gathering, analysis, designing, documenting (BRD, FSD, UAT Scripts etc), testing until deployment.
  • Exceptional leadership, collaboration, and communication skills.
  • Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills.
