Job Descriptions:
- Lead the requirement gathering and analysis workshops with our clients.
- Capture, analyze, and translate clients' business requirements into well-defined scope and system solution design.
- Create system documentations: Business Requirements Document (BRD), Functional Specification Design (FSD), End User Guide, MoM, etc.
- Liase between Users and System Developers for any technical problems including gap requirements and work together to find a win win best solution.
- Prepare and perform Quality Assurance (QA) for the developed systems.
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in Computer Science /Information Technology or related major from reputable university.
- Minimum 4 years of experience as a Business System Analyst.
- Deep knowledge and experiences in the SDLC methodologies which include requirement gathering, analysis, designing, documenting (BRD, FSD, UAT Scripts etc), testing until deployment.
- Exceptional leadership, collaboration, and communication skills.
- Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills.
