We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Logistics Manager to oversee and optimize our logistics operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in supply chain management, particularly in manufacturing or industrial environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, implement, and monitor inbound and outbound logistics operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
- Manage warehouse operations, including the organization of inventory, transportation, and material handling.
- Oversee inventory control processes to maintain optimal stock levels and minimize waste.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and communication within the supply chain.
- Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) and enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems to enhance operational performance.
- Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and transportation providers to ensure the timely delivery of goods.
- Analyze logistics data and trends to identify opportunities for improvement and cost savings.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in logistics, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
- Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS), inventory control, and ERP systems.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Strong analytical abilities and attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
