Job Description (MEP Construction Supervisor)
Location: Pasuruan, East Java
Salary Range: IDR 120,000,000 - IDR 240,000,000

Responsibilities- Willing to relocate to project location (on‑site)
- Supervise and coordinate day‑to‑day MEP construction activities on site.
- Ensure MEP works are carried out in accordance with project drawings, specifications, and standards.
- Monitor progress and report on daily/weekly activities to the Project Manager.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, consultants, and other disciplines to resolve technical and site issues.
- Inspect materials, equipment, and workmanship to ensure compliance with design and quality standards.
- Ensure that safety, health, and environmental regulations are strictly followed.
- Review and verify shop drawings, method statements, and work procedures.
- Assist in planning, scheduling, and resource allocation for MEP works.
- Prepare and maintain site records including progress reports, inspections, and testing logs.
- Attend coordination meetings and provide technical input as required.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
- English skills (advanced level) and good communication skills
- Minimum 3 years' experience at the same position
- Ability to work independently and thrive in a dynamic environment
- Hard working, a team player with good interpersonal skills and comfortable liaising with people across all levels

Responsibilities- Supervising workers, subcontractors and work activities.
- Preparing and presenting site inductions, safety briefings and toolbox talks.
- Assessing and managing safety hazards.
- Ensuring appropriate site rules and welfare facilities are in place.
- Carrying out regular inspections.
- Helping project construction managers to plan the work programme.
- Helping co‑ordinate deliveries of materials, plant and equipment.
- Completing records for site reports.
- Carrying out regular inspections to ensure compliance with relevant legal requirements, processes and procedures.
- Raising safety concerns at the appropriate level.
- Resolving problems and implementing improvements.
- Organising and overseeing external inspections, such as with a health and safety inspector.
- Understanding local updated code, standard, regulation of civil construction.

- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture
- English skills (advanced level) and good communication skills
- Minimum 3 years' experience at the same position
