Responsibilities
- Organizing classes and responding to the strengths and needs of the students during lessons.
- Assisting in the educational and social development of students under the direction and guidance of the school.
- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans in line with early childhood education standards.
- Communicate regularly with parents and guardians regarding student performance and well‑being.
- Monitor and evaluate students progress and development.
- Coordinating events, activities, and school trips.
- Collaborate with other teachers to share ideas, approaches and professional knowledge.
- Upholding Metta School’s vision and missions, in harmony with its values.
- Bachelor’s Degree in early childhood education or a relevant field of study.
- Graduated from a reputable university, with a GPA of at least 3.00.
- High proficiency in the language of the applied subject and computer literacy.
- At least one year of experience in the area of employment is an advantage.
- Responsible, fast learner and able to work in a team.
