We are currently seeking a Key Account Manager to join our Sales Division. This position will lead a team of Key Account Executives (KAE) and Merchandisers, focusing on developing and managing business within the Modern Trade channel. The ideal candidate is a strong leader with extensive experience in account management and strategic sales planning.
Key Responsibilities:
· Lead, guide, and motivate the KAE and Merchandiser teams to achieve sales and distribution targets.
· Manage and maintain strong relationships with key Modern Trade partners.
· Develop and implement effective sales strategies and promotional plans.
· Negotiate trading terms, pricing, and promotional programs to maximize profitability.
· Analyze sales data, market trends, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
· Ensure the proper execution of in-store visibility and merchandising standards.
Qualifications:
· Minimum 5 years of experience in Key Account Management, particularly in Modern Trade.
· Proven leadership and people management skills.
· Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical abilities.
· In-depth understanding of Modern Trade operations and market dynamics.
· Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
