Responsibilities :

  • Developing a Content Plan on social media that aligns with and maintains the brand identity
  • Creating content that provides value and consistency across all social media platforms (TikTok & Instagram)
  • Proficient in using analytical tools such as Facebook Insights
  • Understanding and providing social media marketing strategies
  • Keeping updated with the latest trends in social media.
  • Providing guidance to the design team on the visual content planned
  • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals
  • Work together with creative team, KOL specialist, content creators, videographers
  • Supervise content plan
  • Post scheduling on both social media
  • Manage audience comments on social media & google my business

Requirement :

  • Bachelor's Degree in Advertising, Marketing, or Communication preferred, or related field
  • Minimal 2 years work experience s Social Media Specialist in Retail, Retail Fashion, Digital Agency (familiar with all social media marketing trends)
  • Experience in content strategy & content marketing
  • Having a sense of storytelling and writing skills
  • Have a creative mind to create, develop, and produce original content
  • Able to work independently & manage multiple projects at the same time.
  • Fast learner, very initiative
  • Very eager and/or is up to date with social media trends, contents and tools
