Responsibilities :
- Developing a Content Plan on social media that aligns with and maintains the brand identity
- Creating content that provides value and consistency across all social media platforms (TikTok & Instagram)
- Proficient in using analytical tools such as Facebook Insights
- Understanding and providing social media marketing strategies
- Keeping updated with the latest trends in social media.
- Providing guidance to the design team on the visual content planned
- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals
- Work together with creative team, KOL specialist, content creators, videographers
- Supervise content plan
- Post scheduling on both social media
- Manage audience comments on social media & google my business
Requirement :
- Bachelor's Degree in Advertising, Marketing, or Communication preferred, or related field
- Minimal 2 years work experience s Social Media Specialist in Retail, Retail Fashion, Digital Agency (familiar with all social media marketing trends)
- Experience in content strategy & content marketing
- Having a sense of storytelling and writing skills
- Have a creative mind to create, develop, and produce original content
- Able to work independently & manage multiple projects at the same time.
- Fast learner, very initiative
- Very eager and/or is up to date with social media trends, contents and tools
