· Must be meticulous and neat.
· Must stay updated on legal work such as applicable laws etc.
· Ability to analyze legal issues and provide appropriate solutions.
· Good communication skills for interacting with various parties.
· Good in English.
Job Description:
· Overseeing and ensuring legal activities in the company comply with applicable regulations and laws.
· Managing the company's legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and other documents related to legal aspects.
· Providing legal advice and recommendations to management and other departments in the company regarding legal issues that arise.
· Ensuring the company complies with all relevant regulations and laws.
· Coordinating with external parties such as lawyers, notaries, or relevant government agencies if necessary.
Preparing weekly and monthly reports to be reported to management.
