Responsibilities

Assist in installation, configuration, and basic troubleshooting of IoT devices, EDC terminals, and Router CPE.
Support bussines parnert in project deployment and testing.
Provide first-level support for hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
Monitor system performance and escalate problems to the senior team if needed.
Document technical processes and prepare simple reports.
Learn and grow in IT solution knowledge, including payment systems and connectivity.

Requirements

Fresh graduate - 1 Year Experience (Diploma/Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Electronics, or related field).
Basic knowledge of networking (IP address, LAN/Wi-Fi, VPN) and IoT devices.
Understanding of EDC/POS systems and CPE router basics is a plus.
Willing to learn new technologies (IoT platforms, cloud, payment security).
Good problem-solving mindset and eager to work in technical environments.
Able to work in a team and communicate well.
Willing to travel if required for projects.
