Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in air import operations or customer service within the freight forwarding industry.
- Good understanding of air import documentation, customs clearance processes, and airline coordination.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and operational systems.
- Able to work under pressure and handle multiple shipments efficiently.
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
Job Description:
- Handle and coordinate import air freight shipments from arrival to delivery.
- Communicate proactively with clients, airlines, and internal teams to ensure smooth shipment handling.
- Prepare and verify import documentation accurately.
- Provide timely updates and solutions to clients regarding shipment status or issues.
- Ensure all activities comply with company standards and customs regulations.
- Support the sales and operations teams in maintaining customer satisfaction and retention.
