Job Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 2–3 years of experience in air import operations or customer service within the freight forwarding industry.
Good understanding of air import documentation, customs clearance processes, and airline coordination.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and operational systems.
Able to work under pressure and handle multiple shipments efficiently.
Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.

Job Description:

Handle and coordinate import air freight shipments from arrival to delivery.
Communicate proactively with clients, airlines, and internal teams to ensure smooth shipment handling.
Prepare and verify import documentation accurately.
Provide timely updates and solutions to clients regarding shipment status or issues.
Ensure all activities comply with company standards and customs regulations.
Support the sales and operations teams in maintaining customer satisfaction and retention.
