Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in air import operations or customer service within the freight forwarding industry.
  • Good understanding of air import documentation, customs clearance processes, and airline coordination.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and operational systems.
  • Able to work under pressure and handle multiple shipments efficiently.
  • Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.

Job Description:

  • Handle and coordinate import air freight shipments from arrival to delivery.
  • Communicate proactively with clients, airlines, and internal teams to ensure smooth shipment handling.
  • Prepare and verify import documentation accurately.
  • Provide timely updates and solutions to clients regarding shipment status or issues.
  • Ensure all activities comply with company standards and customs regulations.
  • Support the sales and operations teams in maintaining customer satisfaction and retention.
