The Aerosol Supervisor is responsible for managing the availability, organization, and flow of packaging materials to support smooth and efficient production operations. This role ensures proper stock handling, accurate documentation, cleanliness, and compliance with company procedures within the packaging material warehouse area.
Qualifications- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in AEROSOL operations, packaging material management, or production support—preferably in manufacturing or FMCG.
- Strong understanding of packaging materials handling (FIFO, classification, labeling, storage systems).
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory control procedures.
- Knowledge of production processes, especially in aerosol or packaging-related operations (advantage).
- Able to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks with strong attention to detail.
- Basic understanding of SOPs, safety regulations, and good warehousing practices.
- Ensure availability and proper organization of all packaging materials.
- Maintain accurate stock records and monitor incoming/outgoing materials.
- Oversee labeling, preparation, and delivery of packaging materials for production.
- Supervise warehouse cleanliness and equipment condition.
- Coordinate with QC for sampling of new materials and with Technical for machine maintenance schedules.
- Prepare monthly reports and report any deviations from SOPs.
- Support additional tasks assigned by the PPIC Manager.
