Key Responsibilities
- Configure and deploy routers, switches, firewalls, wireless devices, etc. (Cisco, Juniper, Fortinet, Mikrotik, Aruba, Arista, etc.).
- Review and follow Method of Procedure (MOP) and Low-Level Design (LLD) for projects.
- Escalate complex network issues to senior engineers or subject matter experts.
- Provide technical support and advice project implementation.
- Create and update network documents (topology diagrams, configurations).
- Responsible for staging, deployment, and Maintenance Support.
- Ensure projects meet client SLAs and deadlines.
- Handle support tickets and RMA cases with vendors.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
- 2–3 years of experience in network engineering (preferably in a system integrator or IT solutions company).
- Good understanding of networking basics (TCP/IP, OSPF, BGP, EIGRP, VLANs, STP, QoS).
- Hands-on experience with routers, switches, and firewalls (Cisco, Fortinet, Juniper, etc.).
- Certifications such as CCNA,JNCIA, Aruba Certified or Professional Level Network are a plus.
- Good communication and documentation skills.
- Able to work on multiple client projects at the same time.
