Key Responsibilities

Configure and deploy routers, switches, firewalls, wireless devices, etc. (Cisco, Juniper, Fortinet, Mikrotik, Aruba, Arista, etc.).
Review and follow Method of Procedure (MOP) and Low-Level Design (LLD) for projects.
Escalate complex network issues to senior engineers or subject matter experts.
Provide technical support and advice project implementation.
Create and update network documents (topology diagrams, configurations).
Responsible for staging, deployment, and Maintenance Support.
Ensure projects meet client SLAs and deadlines.
Handle support tickets and RMA cases with vendors.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
2–3 years of experience in network engineering (preferably in a system integrator or IT solutions company).
Good understanding of networking basics (TCP/IP, OSPF, BGP, EIGRP, VLANs, STP, QoS).
Hands-on experience with routers, switches, and firewalls (Cisco, Fortinet, Juniper, etc.).
Certifications such as CCNA,JNCIA, Aruba Certified or Professional Level Network are a plus.
Good communication and documentation skills.
Able to work on multiple client projects at the same time.
