Job Description – Testing Engineer (Power Transformer)
Main Responsibilities:
Perform routine, special test and type testing of power transformers according to international standards (e.g. IEC, IEEE, ANSI)
Qualification Requirements:
Education:
Bachelor's degree (S1) in Electrical Engineering, preferably majoring in Power or High Voltage.
Experience:
Minimum 3–4 years of experience in transformer power (MPT) testing and quality assurance
Technical Skills:
Strong knowledge of power transformer design and testing standards (IEC 60076, IEEE C57).
Familiar with high-voltage testing procedures and safety protocols.
Basic understanding of electrical protection and measurement systems.
Familiar with Electrical Drawings diagram and also the Interlock Trip designed for support funtional test.
Skilled in using Microsoft Office and technical reporting.
Soft Skills:
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Attention to detail and high accuracy.
Good communication skills (English & Bahasa Indonesia).
Ability to work independently or in a team.
Discipline, safety-oriented, and willing to work under pressure or overtime if needed.
Preferred Qualifications:
Certification in transformer testing or Electrical Specialist (AK3 Listrik)
Experience in FAT Reporting
Familiarity with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards.
