Job Summary
We are looking for an inspiring Human Resource Manager to shape and drive our people strategy. Key Responsibilities
- Formulate and execute HR strategies aligned with the company's vision and mission.
- Develop and manage HR policies, SOPs, and work systems across all HR functions.
- Lead manpower planning and end-to-end recruitment processes, including employer branding initiatives.
- Manage and evaluate compensation and benefits systems, as well as employment administration.
- Design and implement employee retention and engagement strategies.
- Develop an objective, measurable, and data-driven performance appraisal system.
- Plan and oversee training programs, competency development, and employee succession planning.
- Foster industrial relations and ensure compliance with labor regulations.
- Provide strategic input to management regarding workforce dynamics and labor market trends.
Requirements
- Bachelor/Master's degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Industrial Engineering, Economics, or related fields.
- HR certifications such as CHRP, CPHR, SPHR, or equivalent are a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Human Resources, with at least 2 years in a managerial position.
- Experience supporting management in strategic HR decision-making or acting as a discussion partner to directors on people & culture matters is preferred.
- Excellent data analysis and reporting skills; advanced in Excel, PowerPoint, and visualization tools.
- Strong communication and client relationship management skills.
- Demonstrated leadership in guiding teams and collaborating across functions.
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, multi-project environments.
