We are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist who is both creative and analytical, with strong design, content, and campaign management skills. You will be responsible for growing our brand presence online, managing e-commerce performance, and driving both organic and paid growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Content & Branding

Design and produce visuals & storytelling content (Instagram feed, reels, stories, YouTube shorts, website banners, etc.).

Develop engaging and original content ideas, always updated with the latest digital and viral trends.

Craft persuasive copywriting in both English & Bahasa Indonesia for campaigns, ads, and brand messaging.

Build and maintain a consistent brand voice across all digital platforms.

Manage online community engagement (followers, comments, messages).

Digital Campaigns & Ads

Develop and execute integrated digital marketing campaigns.

Manage and optimize paid ads (Meta Ads, Google Ads, YouTube, GMV, etc.).

Plan and monitor advertising budgets, ROI, and performance.

Run A/B tests, track conversions, and optimize ads for better results.

Prepare monthly social media and digital campaign analysis reports.

  • E-Commerce Management

Manage and optimize product listings, pricing, and promotions on e-commerce platforms.

Develop and execute e-commerce sales strategies to drive conversions and revenue.

Analyze customer behavior, sales performance, and traffic data to improve results.

Coordinate marketing activities to boost e-commerce visibility (ads, promotions, campaigns).

Creative & Marketing Materials

Design digital and printed marketing materials (flyers, banners, booklets, etc.).

Provide creative direction to ensure visuals align with brand identity.

Support offline campaigns with digital integration where needed.

  • Qualifications

2+ years experience in digital marketing, e-commerce, or related fields, preferably with premium or lifestyle brands.

Strong graphic design skills (Canva / Adobe Creative Suite).

Strong photography & video shooting skills, including editing (Adobe Premiere, CapCut, or similar).

Proficient in Meta Business Suite, Google Ads & Analytics, YouTube Creator Studio, SEO/SEM basics.

Excellent copywriting skills (English & Indonesian).

Familiar with Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and carousel content strategies.

Strong time management, discipline, and ability to work independently in a small dynamic team.

Creative mindset with strong aesthetic sense and brand awareness.

Understanding of customer behavior in upper-middle & premium markets is a big plus.

  • Bonus Points

Experience running GMV campaigns, marketplace ads, or automation tools.

Knowledge of CRM and customer retention strategies.

Portfolio of past work (social media campaigns, ads, or design samples).
