Responsible for ensuring the availability of furniture and accessories with accurate allocation, quantity, and timing.
Coordinate product consolidation across stores, ensuring inventory levels align with store capacity and performance.
Conduct periodic sales data analysis and prepare weekly and monthly reports to support business decision-making.
Analyze product demand and performance to support accurate sales forecasting.
Monitor promotional programs and track their impact on sales and product performance.
Oversee stock levels to ensure product availability and prevent overstock or stock-out situations.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in retail, preferably in product management or merchandising roles.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales and market data.
Demonstrated initiative, problem-solving abilities, and proactive attitude.
Eagerness to learn and continuously develop knowledge of products, market trends, and consumer behavior.
Good communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under tight deadlines.
