Job description

  • Responsible for ensuring the availability of furniture and accessories with accurate allocation, quantity, and timing.

  • Coordinate product consolidation across stores, ensuring inventory levels align with store capacity and performance.

  • Conduct periodic sales data analysis and prepare weekly and monthly reports to support business decision-making.

  • Analyze product demand and performance to support accurate sales forecasting.

  • Monitor promotional programs and track their impact on sales and product performance.

  • Oversee stock levels to ensure product availability and prevent overstock or stock-out situations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in retail, preferably in product management or merchandising roles.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales and market data.

  • Demonstrated initiative, problem-solving abilities, and proactive attitude.

  • Eagerness to learn and continuously develop knowledge of products, market trends, and consumer behavior.

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under tight deadlines.
