Job Description:
Support daily operational activities, particularly in data management, SAP system handling, and ensuring smooth administrative processes related to spare parts and production activities.
Main Responsibilities:
- Collect and analyze maintenance data from various sources.
- Prepare regular reports on maintenance performance, downtime, and program effectiveness.
- Ensure the dashboard data is accurate and up to date.
- Perform data corrections or system updates when necessary.
- Monitor and control inventory and spare part availability.
- Determine and calculate safety stock and outcome stock.
- Prepare reports on equipment readiness for corrective and preventive maintenance work.
Qualifications:
- Minimum education of a Diploma (D3), preferably in Information Technology (IT).
- Able to manage data and present it through dashboards.
- Proficient and familiar with SAP systems or similar software.
- Having work experience in the food industry.
- Understand the concepts of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) and 5R (Sort, Set in Order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain).
