Job Description:
Support daily operational activities, particularly in data management, SAP system handling, and ensuring smooth administrative processes related to spare parts and production activities.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Collect and analyze maintenance data from various sources.
  • Prepare regular reports on maintenance performance, downtime, and program effectiveness.
  • Ensure the dashboard data is accurate and up to date.
  • Perform data corrections or system updates when necessary.
  • Monitor and control inventory and spare part availability.
  • Determine and calculate safety stock and outcome stock.
  • Prepare reports on equipment readiness for corrective and preventive maintenance work.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum education of a Diploma (D3), preferably in Information Technology (IT).
  • Able to manage data and present it through dashboards.
  • Proficient and familiar with SAP systems or similar software.
  • Having work experience in the food industry.
  • Understand the concepts of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) and 5R (Sort, Set in Order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain).
