Job Requirements:

  • Min. Bachelor's degree in Educational Technology/Psychology/SDM.

  • Min. 1 year of experience in learning management/people development.

  • Interest in Human Resources, particularly Learning Management/People Development.

  • Ability to build relationships and communicate effectively with employees.

  • Strong planning, organizing, creativity, and detail-oriented skills.

  • Enjoy administrative tasks (related to reporting, emails, etc.).

Job Description:

  • Conduct Training Needs Analysis for users.

  • Coordinate with relevant parties regarding training implementation requirements.

  • Design necessary training programs, including slides/workbooks.

  • Prepare the infrastructure needed for training.

  • Measure training effectiveness.

  • Prepare training effectiveness reports for management.

  • Perform all Learning & Development administrative processes.
