Interest in Human Resources, particularly Learning Management/People Development.
Ability to build relationships and communicate effectively with employees.
Strong planning, organizing, creativity, and detail-oriented skills.
Enjoy administrative tasks (related to reporting, emails, etc.).
Job Description:
Conduct Training Needs Analysis for users.
Coordinate with relevant parties regarding training implementation requirements.
Design necessary training programs, including slides/workbooks.
Prepare the infrastructure needed for training.
Measure training effectiveness.
Prepare training effectiveness reports for management.
Perform all Learning & Development administrative processes.
