About the role
This full-time Personal Assistant Director role at PT Layanan Keuangan Berbagi in South Jakarta provides an exciting opportunity to support the company's senior leadership. As a key member of the administrative team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality executive-level administrative support to ensure the smooth running of the office and the success of the company's leadership.
What you'll be doing
- Providing comprehensive administrative support to the Director, including scheduling meetings, managing the diary, arranging travel and accommodation, and organising events
- Conducting research, analysing data, and preparing presentations and reports to support the Director's decision-making
- Managing the Director's communications, including screening and prioritising emails, and drafting correspondence on their behalf
- Coordinating and overseeing the work of other administrative staff to ensure efficient office operations
- Assisting with special projects and ad-hoc tasks as required
What we're looking for
- Bachelor's degree (Law preferred) with 3+ years' experience in secretary work or legal affairs, ideally in finance/corporate legal.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, and fluent in English (written & spoken).
- Strong administrative, communication, and coordination skills.
- Detail-oriented, adaptable, responsible, and able to manage time effectively.
