Role Description
This is a
contract on-site role
based in
Surabaya
for a
Business Development
professional.
In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, expanding market coverage, and maintaining strong relationships with key accounts across
Modern Trade and HORECA
channels. You will analyze market trends, identify business opportunities, and develop strategic initiatives that strengthen Tumbara's presence in the FMCG sector.
Collaboration with internal teams will also be key to ensuring that sales strategies are aligned with the company's operational and marketing objectives.
