Tittle : Banking Project Support (Junior Level)

Location : Jakarta/Tangerang, Indonesia

Qualifications & Requirements :

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
Minimum 1–2 years of experience in IT project support or coordination (Intenship experience are welcome)
Have banking experience is a must
Familiar with SDLC, Agile, and Waterfall methodologies.
Proficient in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
Basic understanding of software development (Java, Golang, databases) and testing processes.

Responsibilities :

Act as coordinator between internal teams and external vendors, ensuring proper alignment on project deliverables and timelines.
Support project managers in monitoring vendor performance and escalating issues when needed.
Prepare, maintain, and update project documentation, including technical and operational references.
Develop and maintain Error Playbooks to guide teams in troubleshooting and handling recurring issues.
Assist in project planning, reporting, and communication to ensure smooth execution.
Facilitate alignment meetings, record minutes, and track action items until closure.
Ensure compliance with internal standards, governance, and project management best practices.
