Requirements
- Have experience as a CDP, Demi Chef, especially in Western cuisine, for at least 2 years
- Highly committed, outgoing, energetic and most importantly, POSITIVE attitude
- Strong managerial and communication skills is a MUST
Job Description
- Execute and maintain product quality and quantity standards
- Set menus to make standard recipes and food costs
- Understand the standard recipe according to the applicable SOP in the company regarding product quality and quantity
- Maintain the availability of raw materials according to the division of responsibility
- Maintain cleanliness (hygienic standards) work area and environment
- Maintain work tools and equipment properly and regularly according to the assigned function
