Responsibilities:

  • Assist and handle shipment of Export and Import as an Indoor Staff
  • Proactively and creatively identify and solve client problems and provide solutions
  • To plan for effective and efficient cost on daily basis
  • To issue invoice of shipments

Requirements:

  • Domicile in Semarang
  • Diploma or Bachelor Degree
  • Good Spoken & Written (English) communication skill
  • Good Organizational & Time management
  • Min. 1 year experiences with similar position from logistics / international freight forwarding company
  • Experienced in invoicing of shipments to customer
  • Experienced in checking invoice from vendors
  • Understand PEB and PIB
  • Understand import/export customs clearance procedures
  • Master in EMKL Area and Trucking Vendors
  • Preferably have a customs certificate
  • Having driving license (SIM A)
  • Aggressive in Operational Area with an excellent proven track record of developing lead time and progress
  • Excellent networking with related parties
  • Possess strong organizing and coordinating
  • Computer literate (Ms. Excel/Word/Power Point/Internet/Email).
  • Have good personality, hard working, and should be able to working under pressure.

WORK DETAILS:

  • Work hours: 08.30 am – 05.30 pm, Monday to Friday
