What You'll Do:
Manage job postings, screen resumes, conduct interviews, and support the hiring process across retail, sales, and corporate departments.
Utilize online job platforms, social media, and industry networks to find and attract top talent.
Create job advertisements and promotional materials to attract potential candidates.
Collaborate with the recruitment team to develop career pages, social media, and internal platforms to highlight company culture and employee experience.
Work closely with department heads to understand staffing needs and coordinate interviews.
Maintain and expand a network of contacts within the fashion retail industry, including designers, merchandisers, content creators, and other key roles.
Report on hiring progress, including time-to-hire, candidate experience, and diversity.
Administer psychological assessments to support promotion decisions and ensure leadership fit.
What We're Looking For:
Bachelor's degree in Psychology.
At least 1-2 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or employer branding — preferably within the retail or fashion industry.
Strong sourcing and headhunting skills.
Skilled in administering psychological assessment tools.
Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
Able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
