What You'll Do:

  • Manage job postings, screen resumes, conduct interviews, and support the hiring process across retail, sales, and corporate departments.

  • Utilize online job platforms, social media, and industry networks to find and attract top talent.

  • Create job advertisements and promotional materials to attract potential candidates.

  • Collaborate with the recruitment team to develop career pages, social media, and internal platforms to highlight company culture and employee experience.

  • Work closely with department heads to understand staffing needs and coordinate interviews.

  • Maintain and expand a network of contacts within the fashion retail industry, including designers, merchandisers, content creators, and other key roles.

  • Report on hiring progress, including time-to-hire, candidate experience, and diversity.

  • Administer psychological assessments to support promotion decisions and ensure leadership fit.

What We're Looking For:

  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology.

  • At least 1-2 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or employer branding — preferably within the retail or fashion industry.

  • Strong sourcing and headhunting skills.

  • Skilled in administering psychological assessment tools.

  • Excellent communication and organizational abilities.

  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

  • Available to join immediately.
