Job Descriptions:
- Provide high-level administrative and operational support directly to the CEO.
- Manage and coordinate executive calendars, travel arrangements, meetings, and communications.
- Prepare high-quality reports, presentations, meeting materials, and minutes.
- Support strategic planning, business development, and cross-functional initiatives across business units.
- Act as a liaison between the CEO and internal departments, as well as external stakeholders and partners.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism.
- Assist in off-site operations and represent the CEO when required.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Management, Business, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in executive-level administrative support, preferably supporting C-level executives.
- Fluent in both English and Mandarin, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Business-aware, detail-oriented, and proactive in anticipating executive needs.
- Willingness to travel and work across different business units and locations.
