Job Descriptions :
- Create & monitoring database tracker based on PO release, create scope of work per Area per PO per feeder and per FDT. Update daily progress regarding KOM, pole installation, pulling cable feeder and distribution, FDT and FAT installation, termination, splicing, PraATP and ATP, including closing pending item for each PC and PM
- Create weekly progress presentation for Scurve National, Scurve per City/Area, diagram per PO, Homepass Customer
- Monitoring ATP readiness and RFS readiness coordination with Project Manager, Project Coordinator and PMO
- Monitoring and follow up issue register Implementation part, make sure the issues will be closed as timeline approved
- Monitoring material status compare to implementation progress by vendor
- Monitoring document status coordination with Doc Control until the documents handover to Operation
- Monitoring permit status PU Kota, Provinsi and National, output product rekomtek and official permit
Requirements :
- Bachelor degree in electrical engineering / Management
- Experience 3-4 years in handling project telecommunication
- Having knowledge in Project Management; Risk, Cost, and Time Management
- Proficient in MS Office and MS Project
- Good in coordination and negotiation
