We are looking for a high-caliber HR & GA Manager who is passionate about people, operations excellence, and building a strong culture. This role will be central in shaping our HRGA systems, elevating employee experience, and supporting our fast-paced organizational growth.
Role Summary
The Head of HRGA will lead and oversee the full spectrum of Human Resources and General Affairs. This includes recruitment, talent development, performance, compensation & benefits, culture, office operations, vendor management, and compliance.
You will work closely with leadership to ensure our people, operations, and culture remain aligned with Eden's values: Accountable, Excellence, Evolve, and Resourceful.
Key Responsibilities :
Human Resources
- Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with Eden's business and culture.
- Lead end-to-end recruitment and ensure excellent candidate quality and experience.
- Build structured HR systems: policies, SOPs, KPI frameworks, salary structure, job grades.
- Manage performance evaluations, talent reviews, and career development roadmaps.
- Handle employee relations, attendance, discipline, and conflict resolution.
- Maintain compliance with Indonesian labor regulations and HR best practices.
- Oversee HR administration including contracts, BPJS, personal data, and documentation.
General Affairs
- Oversee daily office operations, facilities maintenance, inventory, cleanliness, and security.
- Manage GA & Procurement vendors.
- Lead cost optimization and ensure effective resource allocation.
- Maintain company assets, office equipment, and workspace readiness.
- Ensure a safe, comfortable, and productive working environment for all Eden teams.
Leadership & Collaboration
- Lead the HRGA team and ensure strong execution & communication across departments.
- Collaborate with leadership to strengthen Eden's culture and employee engagement.
- Provide strategic insights on people planning, workforce management, and organization development.
- Uphold Eden's core values in every decision, communication, and initiative.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in HR, Psychology, Management, or related field.
- Minimum 5–7 years of HR & GA experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Proven experience building or managing HR systems, policies, KPI, and SOPs.
- Strong understanding of labor law, HR compliance, BPJS, contracts, disciplinary process.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Highly adaptable, structured, detailed, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- High integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism.
- Experience in creative/digital/start-up environments is a plus.
