Key Responsibilities:

  • Setup systems for accounting, budgeting, purchasing, and inventory
  • Train, manage, and lead a team of accountants
  • Prepare end-of-month cost reports
  • Prepare quarterly P&L Statements
  • Prepare Annual Financial Report
  • Coordinate with independent auditors
  • Prepare and manage budgets for various departments
  • Prepare forecast reports
  • Approve purchases and controlling expenses
  • Supervise daily, weekly, monthly, and annual reconciliation and stock verification
  • Evaluating profitability, efficiency, processes, and team members

Candidate Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting.
  • Minimum
    5 years
    in finance or accounting roles, with finance and team management experience in the
    manufacturing industry.
  • Good understanding of
    Accounting, Tax Principles, GL Function, and Accounting Software.
  • Has a high sense of responsibility and detail oriented.
  • Strong leadership, analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Able to communicate in
    English
    as needed.
