Key Responsibilities:
- Setup systems for accounting, budgeting, purchasing, and inventory
- Train, manage, and lead a team of accountants
- Prepare end-of-month cost reports
- Prepare quarterly P&L Statements
- Prepare Annual Financial Report
- Coordinate with independent auditors
- Prepare and manage budgets for various departments
- Prepare forecast reports
- Approve purchases and controlling expenses
- Supervise daily, weekly, monthly, and annual reconciliation and stock verification
- Evaluating profitability, efficiency, processes, and team members
Candidate Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting.
- Minimum
5 years
in finance or accounting roles, with finance and team management experience in the
manufacturing industry. - Good understanding of
Accounting, Tax Principles, GL Function, and Accounting Software. - Has a high sense of responsibility and detail oriented.
- Strong leadership, analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication skills.
- Able to communicate in
English
