Responsibilities:
- Manage physical and electronic document archiving in an organized and structured manner.
- Prepare and distribute internal and external correspondence.
- Organize and manage schedules for meetings, appointments, and other company activities.
- Ensure all meeting agendas run smoothly, including preparation of meeting materials and minutes.
- Arrange business trips for staff, including booking tickets, accommodation, and transportation.
- Monitor and manage office supply inventory (stationery, IT equipment, etc.).
- Handle the procurement and replacement of necessary office supplies.
- Provide administrative support to various departments (HR, Finance, Marketing, etc.) as needed.
- Manage other tasks assigned by superiors related to daily operational needs.
Requirements:
- Minimum education: High School (SMA/SMK); Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Administration, Management, or related fields is preferred.
- Minimum 1 year of work experience in administration or a related position, preferably with experience in the corporate sector.
- Proficient in office software, especially Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Basic skills in computer-based data and information management (email, databases, etc.).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Indonesian; proficiency in English is a plus.
- Good interpersonal skills and the ability to work with various stakeholders.
