Responsibilities:

  • Manage physical and electronic document archiving in an organized and structured manner.
  • Prepare and distribute internal and external correspondence.
  • Organize and manage schedules for meetings, appointments, and other company activities.
  • Ensure all meeting agendas run smoothly, including preparation of meeting materials and minutes.
  • Arrange business trips for staff, including booking tickets, accommodation, and transportation.
  • Monitor and manage office supply inventory (stationery, IT equipment, etc.).
  • Handle the procurement and replacement of necessary office supplies.
  • Provide administrative support to various departments (HR, Finance, Marketing, etc.) as needed.
  • Manage other tasks assigned by superiors related to daily operational needs.

Requirements:

  • Minimum education: High School (SMA/SMK); Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Administration, Management, or related fields is preferred.
  • Minimum 1 year of work experience in administration or a related position, preferably with experience in the corporate sector.
  • Proficient in office software, especially Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Basic skills in computer-based data and information management (email, databases, etc.).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Indonesian; proficiency in English is a plus.
  • Good interpersonal skills and the ability to work with various stakeholders.
