Job Summary

The Finance & Admin Associate role at Asosiasi FinTech Indonesia in Jakarta is responsible for assisting in financial record-keeping, ensuring accuracy and compliance, and supporting the finance & admin team in day-to-day activities.

Responsibilities

  • Record and maintain accurate financial transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, tax, and general ledger.

  • Assist in preparing and managing budgets, including recording budget absorption per project or event.

  • Perform billing and collection.

  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations, policies, and procedures.

  • Maintain and organize financial and administrative documents.

Requirements

  • A bachelor's degree in Accounting is a must.

  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in finance or accounting.

  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office.

  • Attention to detail and accuracy.

  • Ability to manage data and documents effectively.

  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
