Job Summary
The Finance & Admin Associate role at Asosiasi FinTech Indonesia in Jakarta is responsible for assisting in financial record-keeping, ensuring accuracy and compliance, and supporting the finance & admin team in day-to-day activities.
Responsibilities
Record and maintain accurate financial transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, tax, and general ledger.
Assist in preparing and managing budgets, including recording budget absorption per project or event.
Perform billing and collection.
Ensure compliance with financial regulations, policies, and procedures.
Maintain and organize financial and administrative documents.
Requirements
A bachelor's degree in Accounting is a must.
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in finance or accounting.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to manage data and documents effectively.
Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
