  • Pre-Sales Support: Conduct requirement clarification and analysis for target customers, design and present solution proposals, and collaborate with the sales team to drive business conversion.
  • Partner Enablement and Support: Provide training and methodology implementation for local partners, deliver project templates, standards, and milestone support to enhance partner delivery capability and consistency.
  • Client & Local Resource Development (20%–30%): Participate in client acquisition, engage with local business associations and industrial parks, support regional marketing and brand promotion activities, and foster industry ecosystem collaboration.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Finance, Computer Science, Information Management, or related fields.
  • Minimum of 3 years of ERP project experience, with leadership or deep involvement in at least three large-scale projects in finance, supply chain, or manufacturing—covering either pre-sales or delivery management.
  • Strong ability in systematic project risk identification and control, cross-team collaboration, and process management to ensure milestone achievement.
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and business insight skills; fluent in Chinese and Bahasa Indonesia (both written and spoken).
  • Willing and able to undertake 20%–30% sales-related responsibilities, with a results-oriented mindset and strong business acumen.

Preferred Qualifications (Added Advantage):

  • Experience with Kingdee or other mainstream ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics) in pre-sales or delivery roles.
  • Possession of relevant local resources (e.g., enterprise client network, industrial parks, government agencies, associations, or chambers of commerce).
  • Experience in ecosystem partner management, channel enablement, and collaboration development.
