About the role

We are seeking an experienced Finance Manager to join our dynamic team As the Finance Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the financial operations and reporting for our organisation. This is a full-time, permanent position based in our head office at Tangerang.

What you'll be doing

  • Manage and oversee the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards
  • Provide strategic financial advice and recommendations to the senior management team
  • Develop and implement effective financial control systems and processes
  • Manage the company's budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring accurate financial projections
  • Lead the finance team and provide guidance and mentorship to ensure they deliver high-quality work
  • Collaborate with other departments to identify and implement cost-saving initiatives
  • Ensure the company's financial records and reporting are compliant with relevant laws and regulations

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a senior finance or Finance Manager role
  • Strong technical knowledge of financial management, accounting principles, and regulatory requirements
  • Strong accounting knowledge for Indonesia accounting format
  • Proven experience in leading and managing a finance team
  • Proficient in the use of accounting software
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to provide strategic financial insights
  • Proficient in financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • Professional accounting certification (e.g., CPA, ACCA, or CIMA) would be an advantage
