Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a General Manager Sales B2C, located in Surabaya. The General Manager Sales B2C will lead day-to-day operations of sales in the B2C segment, focusing on driving revenue growth and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include managing a sales team, developing sales strategies, maintaining strong relationships with existing customers, and ensuring customer service excellence. Collaborating with stakeholders to meet organizational goals and effectively addressing market demands will also be key aspects of the role.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in Sales, with a strong focus on understanding and meeting customer needs
- Experience in Leadership, General Management, and Team Management
- Ability to ensure high levels of Customer Satisfaction and maintain excellent Customer Service
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Management, or a related field is preferred
- Knowledge of the tire/sparepart/lubricants industry is a plus
