Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 7+ years of progressive HR experience, including experience as an HR Generalist or HRBP.
- Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to build strong relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Fluent in English
- Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience with HRIS systems (e.g., Talenta/Workday).
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
