Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of progressive HR experience, including experience as an HR Generalist or HRBP.
  • Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to build strong relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Fluent in English
  • Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience with HRIS systems (e.g., Talenta/Workday).
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
