Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
- 3–5 years of experience in IT Service Management or a similar role.
- Proficient in English in both verbal and written.
- Strong knowledge of the ITIL framework (certification is a plus).
- Practical experience with at least one ITSM platform such as ServiceNow, Jira Service Management, or similar.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in ITSM monitoring tools such as Dynatrace, Zabbix, Nagios, and others.
